We use industry leading automated machinery allowing for accurate and complex parts to be machined to critical tolerances and tight delivery deadlines.

A wide range of in-house machining competences, like 5 axis CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC grinding and EDM, enable us to be very competitive in quality, price and delivery.

Our machining services range from one-off prototypes to mid-sized batch runs. We’re familiar with a wide range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, special alloys and more.

Our team has a real passion for precision and this reflects in our quality of work. Over 50 experienced employees realize the innovations of our customers.

Beside machining Lucassen Groep can also add value for customers through the delivery of assemblies from our cleanroom facility in Sittard. A state of the art cleaning line, suitable for a wide range of materials, is also available.
