On November 1, 2023, VHE Industrial Automation will acquire the panel construction activities of QnQ Engineering B.V. located in Son en Breugel. The specialist in Machine Control, Machine Connectivity, and Motion Control systems had previously expressed its commitment to achieving accelerated growth, both organically and through acquisitions.
